Hello, Fellow Alumni!
In May, I had the pleasure of speaking to our most recent graduates at Commencement. I welcomed them to our Alumni Association family and reminded them to cherish the friendships and memories they made while they were students. I also challenged them to stay connected to WVU Potomac State College through the Alumni Association and to give back to the place that they loved so much.
For many of us, our Potomac State College experience was more than just academics. It’s a place where faculty and staff members knew us by name. It’s a special place where we spent some of our most formative and fun years of our lives.
Do you remember your time at Potomac State College? Perhaps you met your special someone on campus. Maybe you were a student athlete or involved in a student organization. Many of you likely landed your first real job after graduation or went on to complete an advanced degree. No matter what, you remember what PSC did for you.
Just like the bright-eyed Class of 2024, I challenge each of you to stay connected to your alma mater. WVU Potomac State College needs our support now more than ever.
-
Share your time by joining the Alumni Association (it’s free), serving on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, or by being a mentor to a current PSC student through our alumni mentoring program! Interact with, “like,” and share the WVU Potomac State College Facebook page.
- Consider donating to WVU Potomac State College so that more scholarship dollars are available for our current and future Catamounts. These donations also fund various programs that directly help students who choose to attend PSC.
I look forward to seeing and meeting more alumni at Homecoming on Saturday, September 28. If you have ideas, questions, or concerns, please email me at psc-alumni@mail.wvu.edu.
Let’s Go Catamounts!
